I’m 25 and I feel like I’m already grasping what you have written.

I’m about to be 27 this year. Had an injury on my back in 2023, got fat and lazy. Did 75 hard late 2024. But only now I don’t feel that much pain. Lately I realised I keep thinking that I more energy and strength when I was young. Which true, but I should think that the best is yet to come. Thank you bro for this advice. I read the whole blog and resonate with some points but definitely resonated with this one

Although this was admittedly a hard read, I came out of it with a lot more clarity in myself and a greater understanding of the importance of following my inner voice. Ignoring the noise. Having confidence in my abilities and faith that I can create a future that I want to live in, and that is a beautiful freedom to not be taken for granted. Thank you. To 27 🥂
